Chapter 5 – The Relationship Bank Account In chapter 4 it spoke about the different ways you may react in a situation, the reactive those who don’t think before they act and the proactive those who do (comparing them to water and soda). In other words how you build or loose confidence and the importance of honesty, being patient with yourself, and taking the time off to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. Throughout chapter 3 it spoke about your personal bank account. The chapter also spoke of different things, and people you may center your life on and how centering your life on honestly or love is much heather than those you may be doing now. This is because he was able to give many examples and scenarios of it in both negative and positive, ways. Though the highlight of Chapter 2 for me is when the author was explaining what paradigm is. The main idea of Chapter 1 that by only looking at one perspective as you go through life you are likely to miss out on things in your life. What I really liked about chapter one were the pictures and how easy it is to read.

The Start of the Book was simply an intro of the book outlining several habits we should do and others we shouldn’t, such as blaming others, overworking yourself and procrastinating. Chapter 1 Introduction – Get in the Habit
